After the initial free consultation, we will agree with you.

Whichever way we take our remuneration will be a matter of discussion between us followed up with a written agreement.

No charges for fees will be made without prior notification.

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Basic Will - £110 per person
Codicil - Amendment to be made to an existing will – Agreed with client
Deed or Variation - 250 - £750 dependant on complexity of the deed
Severance of Joint Tenancy - £50.00 (changes joint ownership of property to ‘tenants in common’ which enables the owners to gift their share of the property in their Will)
Document Storage Per A4 envelope - £20 per year
Funeral Plans - Please speak with us to discuss further
Lasting Power of Attorney – Property or Health - £332 per Power of Attorney
Which includes the registration fee with the Office of public Guardian
Additional Fees List – Will Trusts - £60 per trust per will
 
‘Nil Rate Band’ Discretionary Will Trust & IOU Provision’
(a trust drafted for unmarried couples to enable the survivor to use their partners Inheritance Tax allowance) - £250
Family Protection Trusst - Single £2600.00   Double £3600.00
Probate and Estate Administration - To be determined with each client on each case

Payment (by cheque, BACS or cash) required on completion of documents to your satisfaction.
