Description

Able Community Care is a specialist nationwide provider of 24 hour Live-in Care in peoples own homes.

We are an introductory provider and our Live-in Carers can assist people with personal care, mobility needs and provide companionship and social support.

They can also carry out all domestic tasks including cooking, shopping and cleaning.

Our service times are 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Our office hours are 9am – 4pm Monday to Friday

Price approximately £850 per week dependent on an individual care needs assessment.
