How to use the Find a PA Portal

For employers

Accessing the Choose and Send Portal

  1. Click on ‘Login to your account'
  2. Once you’ve logged in, click on ‘Find a PA Portal’ or go to org.uk/s4s/MySupportPackages
  3. You will be taken to your ‘Find a PA - My Adverts’ dashboard where you can see any adverts you've created.

Creating a new advert

  1. On your dashboard, click the 'Create a new advert' button


  2. Complete the advert form, then click 'Next'


  3. You will be taken to the 'Add Personal Assistants to your advert' page. Use the grey filters to refine your results and see the PAs most suited to your requirements.


  4. Once you have selected your Personal Assistants, click 'Choose PAs' button in the bottom right corner.


  5. You will be taken to a confirmation page, where you can make sure you are happy before sending. When ready to send, click 'Send advert to PAs' button in the bottom right hand corner.


Using the messaging tool

  1. When you receive a response from a Personal Assistant, you will receive an email notification asking you to login to the website to view the message.

  2. Go to your Dashboard and click the green button that says '1 New Response'


  3. You will be able to see which PA has responded to you. Click on the '1 new response' button to open their message.

  4. You can see the conversation between you and the PA on this page.
    - You can send a message back to the PA here using the 'Respond' box.
    - The PA’s messages will appear in yellow boxes, your messages will appear in green boxes.

For Personal Assistants in Care

Accessing the Find a PA Portal

  1. Click on ‘Login to your account'

  2. Once you’ve logged in, click on ‘Find a PA Portal’ or go to org.uk/s4s/MySupportPackages

  3. You will be taken to your ‘Find a PA - My Adverts’ dashboard where you can see any adverts you've received.

Receiving and responding to an advert

  1. When you receive an advert (or a response to a message) from an employer, you will receive an email notification asking you to login to the website to view the message.

  2. Go to your Dashboard and click the green button that says '1 New Response'


  3. This will open the advert. Click on 'Advert details' to see the full details of the advert


  4. Click on 'Manage responses' to send a message back to the employer. The 'Manage responses' tab will display your conversation.
